We operate on a prepayment system. Prepaid Monthly, No Contracts, Cancel Anytime. We will send a invoice for the number of scheduled mows for the month (4x mows for weekly clients). Once Paid you are scheduled in my system for service. If not paid, lawn mowing services will be suspended ( or may even be cancelled, you may be removed from the route and schedule, and there will be a 50$ reinstatement fee, and only if your slot on the schedule was not filled.

We bill monthly and use a credit system. Every Month you are invoiced for the next month, 4x mows, 

We do monthly invoicing and payments, if your previous invoice still has mowing credits, then the new invoice will reflect this credit. (IE. your yard was "skipped" due to weather conditions, your next invoice will be for 3x mowings), basically every billing period you need to have 4 mowing credits on your account.

There are many reasons we have moved to this method post 2020, Overall its to help stabilize, simplify, ensure quality reliable service with easy pricing and billing, along with safety and security. We send a invoice via email, you pay directly from the email using PayPal payments, (no accounts required) credit cards accepted. That Simple.

This keeps us from chasing down money that is owed, sometimes people try to pay what they want, after the fact, if they pay at all, or they schedule services and waste our time and money.

This keeps your cost and pricing more stable and affordable, along with keeping us in business, we pass everything on to the clients, including the savings. and allows us to service a broader range of clients, such as temporary mowing services for reality, or for families moving or one time cuts, emergency cuts, time sensitive lawns.
